In no case do we process specially protected data. All of the above-mentioned information is either obtained directly from you via a form, or request for information, or by your company when they provided us with identification information and other information necessary to carry out a relationship with GIGAS or because data was requested. It is your obligation, or that of your company, to provide us with updated data in the event of any modification. With regard to data of possible employees, these were obtained when they submitted their CV, or their application was obtained via the services of an employment portal. In the case of the latter, by sending us your CV information you have authorized us to transmit said data to our company.
GIGAS would like to inform its clients that the information it hosts on the company’s cloud servers can only be accessed by the clients themselves and never by GIGAS. Servers and access policies are managed by the client, and GIGAS does not have access unless specifically given permission by a client who allows us to be a temporary user by setting up access in accordance with their firewall’s rules. It is the client’s responsibility to remove said user or to regenerate the access credentials.
Regarding the information hosted on our company’s servers, GIGAS can in no case whatsoever encrypt or pseudonymize the information, or prevent, in any other way, a client from accessing the information and hosting it in the way they wish within our infrastructure.
The personal data of the interested parties referred to in section 1, and collected by GIGAS through the various contact and/or information collection forms, will be retained for as long as the holder of the data does not exercise his/her right of deletion.
