As part of the Service all administration to end users accounts, access levels and change management will be managed under the terms of this Service. Ignitar will manage the operating system and the operating system’s user account.
Database backups are included in the service delivery; As standard, a nightly platform backup is run which protects all Virtual Machines on that platform. Customers are able to purchase an advanced backup solution.
General Move, Add, Changes are considered part of the SAP Business One Managed Cloud solution.
All relevant server platform and client access licencing is incorporated into this agreement excluding any end user applications e.g. SAP Business One, MS Office etc...
All platform and security patching is managed within the SAP Business One Managed Cloud solution. Any service windows required for same will be booked in advance with the Customer to ensure minimal disruption to the Service.
